Eero Saarinen Tulip Table - Oval Coffee 28 x 41 Inch

Constructed of cast aluminum, the Saarinen Tulip Table flows from top to bottom and from side to side in a fluid exchange of lines. The Saarinen Tulip Table shown here is a favorite as it can be used in a variety of spaces, but is most commonly used as a coffee table. 

Eero Saarinen was one of the most prolific and creative industrial designers of the 20^th century.  He moved beyond traditional design boundaries by using new techniques and materials that had not been used before.  With this unique ability, Saarinen was able to break from early modernism and create his own style.   

Our Saarinen Tables are a masterful reproduction of the original Saarinen table. Close attention is paid to the workmanship of the edge and top of the stone, as well as the geometries of the tulip base, which creates a modern classic meant to last for years. The Saarinen Tulip Table base is available in matte white or black, glossy white or black, or matte silver. The Saarinen Table top is available in a variety of stones and laminates, including the ever-popular white Carrara and black Marquina.  The Saarinen Table base is treated with a clear protective finish to resist scratches, stains, and scuffs. Saarinen Table stone tops are protected with a natural wax finish.
