O'Mies Lounge Chair by Fasem

O’Mies by Fasem is a lounge chair with a sinuous steel frame in various powder coat and galvanized finishes and a seat and backrest made of interwoven full-grain hide leather. The visible cut of the weaves highlights the quality of Fasem's full-grain leather and is expressed in a warm color scheme. The manual craftsmanship, together with the high-quality materials, makes this an immediately recognizable and impactful armchair.

The O'Mies Lounge Chair was designed by Giancarlo Vegni.  Vegni studied at the Art School of Cascina in Pisa.  During the 1980s, Vegni introduced numerous innovative kitchen design solutions.  Since then, he has expanded his interests and gone on to design a wide range of products and important interiors.  His predilection for clean signs, round lines, and modular geometries characterizes his work and the work of the design studio he leads.
