Plie Armchair by Driade

The Plie Chair by Driade is an armchair for exteriors that complements the Grand Plie sofas and Piaffé tables.  In terms of volume, the fluid mass of the base contrasts with the slender geometry of the backrests.  The high back of the Plie armchair thus tends to create self-sufficient and protected islands. The rotational molding technique used to make this chair is given renewed effectiveness in this collection, providing a new raison d'être, and allowing the outdoor environment to increasingly emerge as a privileged place for design.
