Torcello Chair by CIMENTO®

The Torcello Collection by CIMENTO®, designed by Defne Koz and Marco Susani, features a family of seats inspired by the familiar shape of concrete benches.   The Torcello pieces contrast their massive proportions, which give a positive sense of solidity, with the lightness of their construction. This collection includes chairs, benches, and stools, characterized by their original design, which is reminiscent of the Greek Pi, symbolizing infinity.

Defne Koz and Marco Susani are renowned designers who co-founded Koz Susani Design, an award-winning international design studio based in Chicago.

CIMENTO® is a revolutionary cement compound designed to provide the solid and material appearance of exposed concrete while being surprisingly lightweight and easy to install. This innovative material is composed of over 90% mineral aggregates mixed with a cement binder, giving it the typical look of concrete.
