At Bauhaus 2 Your House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your modern furniture selection, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made orders and architectural reproductions may be subject to specific restocking fees and manufacturer guidelines.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specific shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the furniture in its original factory packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping labels to the exterior of the box and arrange for a carrier pickup; we recommend using a trackable service and purchasing insurance for high-value designer pieces.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for pristine condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
