Jannis Three Seat Sofa by GTV

The Jannis Three Seat Sofa from GTV was designed by the Dainelli Studio, owned by the creative duo of Leonardo and Marzia Dainelli.  The small lounge series is a collection of upholstered furniture that is eminently suitable for contract use.  The collection is comprised of a lounge chair and a  two and three-seater sofa with judicious dimensions and slim proportions. 

The Jannis design is defined by a contemporary rigor that draws inspiration from the past, revealing its personality in the details: the wooden structure, lightweight to the eye but solid, holds the seat cushion and the backrest, and is characterized by the metal feet with a brass finish of the feet. The front leg rises to define the thin profile of the armrest and closes in the semi-circular tip, again with a brass finish. The frame and legs are connected by steam-curved beech wood arches, an element of continuity with the heritage of Gebrüder Thonet Vienna.
